ELECTORAL REFORMS
BRITISH COMMITTEE SET UP. (British Official Wireless.) Rugby, July 10. The Primo Minister (Air. Ramsay .MacDonald) informed the House of Commons this afternoon that Lord Ullswater, an ex-Spcaker of the House, had agreed to preside over the committee referred to in the King’s Speech to examine the questions of electoral reform in the light of the experiences of the late general election. The exact terms of reference were still the subject of consultation between party leaders.
