FLOODS IN WAIMAKARIRI
HEAVY RAIN IN WATER SHED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. The Waimakariri River, which has been on the verge of flooding for a whole week and which did actually flood on Friday, is now in still heavier flood. Heavy rain has fallen on the watershed and a serious flood is feared.
