Moturoa at Western Park at 2.45 p.m. today will be: Neighbour, Wilson, Crowe, Feakine, Suthon, F. Roper, Kendrick, Upshall, W. McKenzie, Palmer, R. Roper, Jackson, H. Parrish. TRIAL GAME AT STRATFORD. Teams representing North and South Taranaki will meet at Victoria Park, Stratford, this afternoon to enable the selectors, Messrs. Adams, Scown and Gorringe, to pick the team to represent Taranaki against Wanganui at Hawera on June 4. The teams selected are unusually strong and a fast game should be provided. All players selected for the trial match will le given a game us the selectors are anxious that the representative team will be the best available. Given a fine day the game should De W’orth seeing as the code is making good progress in the district, and the standard of play has improved.
The North Taranaki team for Stratford will assemble at the corner of Eliot Street at 12.45 p.m.
