THE ASPIRATIONS OF LEVINE. , By Telegraph—Frees Assn.—Copyright. New York, Oct. 17. Levine has arrived and has been accorded a civic reception. He is enthusiastic regarding ’planes. He states that two European pilots are on their way to the United States to co-operate with him and American engineers in building ’planes for a trans-Atlant io air mail service. The planes will carry two pilots, a navigator and a radio operator, and will bo equipped with seven motors, two kept in reserve, and also the latest wireless developments. The wing spread will be ISO feet and the weight 90.0001 b. of which 10,0001 b. will be allowed for mail. The 'planes will cost 500,000 dollars each. They will be American built and in operation in two years, according to present plane.
