THE JURY IHSAGP.EE, / By Telegraph.—Press Association. Palmerston N., Last Night. In the trial of Herbert Michael Bailey, charged wifh negligently riding a motorcycle and thereby causing the death of Maurice Stewart, the jury d'sagreed and a new trial was ordered.
