She is not a desirable character for him to associate with,” <aid the Crown Prosecutor, Mr. Macassey, when a youth of 19, named Ealvert, appeared at the Supreme Court for sentence for breaking and entering and theft. It was stated that the prisoner had employment in a northern district and would go there. His Honour admitted Ealvert to probation for two years, but made a condition that prisoner d'd not associate or communicate with the woman.
