MAN BLOWS HIMSELF CP. By Telegraph.—Press Assoc’at'on. Dunedin, Sept. 18. At the inquest on Thomae Mann, rabbi ter. aged 48, a verdict was returned that deceased, while temporarily insane, met his death by discharging a high explosive. Deceased Hve at an old nrinrng camp near Ranfurly. Evident* showed t>lrat he had ignited a quantity of explosive and had then laid his body across it.
