Cabinet meets on Monday to consider the Irish question, etc. It is understood the business when the House of Commons re-assembles on September 30 will be limited to the Irish Amending Bill. It is expected its passage through both Houses will occupy a week. Parliament will then rise and re-as-scmble on October 28, when the rai.-lca-tion of the Russian treaty will be the most prominent immediate issue. The Daily Herald says ample time will be given for discussion and lively debates are anticipated.
