The Paris correspondent of the Daily Express states that travellers arriving ■from Spain report that the unpopularity of the Moroccan war is causing open talk of a revolution, especially as Spain is suffering from the prevalence of “graft” in the army. 'Soldiers are sent to wdr almost in lags, and wearing miserable boots, so that many threaten mutiny.

Seasoned troops are kept at home to quell internal trouble, while raw recruits have been sent to Morocco.
