UNUSUAL RESENTMENT.
STONES THROWN AT JUDGE. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, April 27. Arthur Ravenhill, a disappointed litigant, hurled a shower of stones at Mr. Justice Romer, of the Chancery Division. Though some struck him, fortunately he was not injured. Ravenhill lost a case a few days ago. He sat at the back of the court and threw three handfuls of stones before the usher reached him. The judge committed him to prison, saying it was contempt of such character that it could not be overlooked.
