THIS YEAR’S PROGRAMME. BUILDING SMALL VESSELS. By Tel egra ph.—Press Assn.—Copyright Received June 9, 5.5 p.m. Paris, June 8. The Government’s naval programme includes the- laying down this year of three scout cruisers costing seventy million francs, six destroyers, twelve torpedo boats and twelve submarines, each of eleven hundred tons. The uncompleted battleship Bearn will be c :r.verted into an aeroplane carrier. The tt. tai expenditure is estimated at 755 million francs, spread over three year's.—Reuter Service,
