A 'FRAUDULENT STATEMENT' By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, Feb. 6. Mr M'Carthy gave reserved judgment in the case George William Bonsche, trading as the Micrometer Scales Company, who proceeded against the Supply Stores Company for £BO 2b. Judgment was given for defendant, the magistrate remarking that the failure of plaintiff to state that the scale would probably be banned in he near future wan deceitful and fraudulent.
