GERMANS CROSS THE FRONTIER. A FIGHT WITH THE DUTCH. Received 10, 9 p.m. • Amsterdam, October 15. There are over a million refugees in Holland. [ A traveller reports that a party of Germans entered Holland near Roscn|daal, and the commander refused to rei trace his steps. A fight followed, and a dozen Germans were killed and others ■wounded.
