FIGHTING IN ALBANIA
A COMMANDER RECALLED. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright. Constantinople, July 18. Torgut Shevket Pasha has been recalled from the command in Albania owing to his repressive severities against, Albanians, and will be replaced by Abdullah Pasha, who is reputedly a moderate man. The fear of the Albanian rising is causing grave anxiety.
