The Press Bureau announces that the Serbian Headquarters staff state that during the evacuation of Serbia the Bulgarians carried off cattle and other property contrary to the armistice stipulation.
When quitting Ochrida, the Bulgarians removed 5000 Serbian prisoners whom they ill-treated or murdered, leaving the bodies at the roadside.
Escaped prisoners state that only 2000 of the prisoners crossed the Bulgarian frontier. , ■
