BULGARIA DESERTED BY GERMANY.
FERDINAND INTERVIEWED.

Amsterdam, Oct. 11. ' King Ferdinand, in an interview with a Hungarian journalist, stated that the Bulgarians could not continue in tho absence of clothes arid food, which Austria and Germany, despite promises, failed to supply. Meanwhile German troops have been systematically withdrawn to meet the pressure on the West front, leaving the exhausted Bulgarians alone, necessitating surrender.
