The British. Consul protested to the Senate against acts of violence against and robberies from British subjects in Finland.
The Senate sent an ultimatum to the Russian Government to cease supplyin <? arms to Finnish hooligans, who are committing excesses, assisted by the Russian soldiery, otherwise a state of war would be proclaimed immediately.
