Liddle, and Q.S; Bro. A. G.Shrinrpton paid an official visit to the lodge, and were heartily thanked for their attendance. The officers' suitably * replied J':',. ■'■■■, "-V ..auditors': report and - balanceSheet were read and ;adopted, and showed that the lodge was in a very fiounsliniij; state. Tho Sick and Fun- , ™ v pund has a credit* balance of £6674 13s 2d. Tho amount of sick pay jdi&bursed for the half-year jyas £139 5s sd. The Management Fund has a ciedit balance of £46 13s od, and tlw Benevolent;' Fund a credit 'balance of £29 10s. The sum of £39 4s lOd was paid to the District Widows' and Orphans'. Fund. The total worth of the lodge stands at £67^0 16s lid. The following officers were duly insaMed by the IW. G.M. Bro; R". S. Haycock: Grand Master, Bro. F. I. Armstrong; Noble Grand, Bro. G. W. Milne; Vice Grand, Bro. Jas. Wyllie; elective secretary, Bro. W. Wilkens The permanent secretary, Bro. W; L. Hesseltine, and tho treasurer, Bro. Jag. Armstrong, retain their respective offices.
A. hearty voto of thanks was accorded the retiring Noble Grand and to the auditory for the mannei in which they had carried out their duties during, the past aalf-year.
