Nish, April 4. An Austrian armour-plated tug named the Belgrade, was mined and blown up below Semlin. Two survivors informed the Servian authorities that ishe was laden with ammunition and carried besides the captain, ( two pilots for passage through the Iron Gates, a naval officer, 25 sailors, seven engineers and men. They were told
