PRISONER IN POSSESSION OF CHARTS AND DRAWINGS.

Mr Bodkin stated that an official chart of Spithead, drawings relating to the engineroom arrangements of a battleship, and also a gunnery book, were found in Gould's possession.
Gould and his wife were arrested at Wandsworth and , Charing Cross rer spectively on February 22nd. Documents were found in their noesession referring to the. British Navy. The woman denied knowledge of their contents, but admitted that it was her intention to take them to Brussels. Gould's house a Southfields was searched, and several incriminating documents relating to the Navy were found. The woman stated tfyat she tore up the paper containing - the address she was going to at Brussels; The police found fragments revealing the names of Petersen and Gould, and stating that the woman was taking a message from Gould, but she did not know the contents.
