LONDON MARKET REPORT.
Messrs Dalgety and Company, Limitod. Nelson, have just received cabled advice from their London office as under :—
Tallow.—Low and inferior descriptions are 3d per cwt. lower; prime mutton 3d higher, but other descriptions are unchanged. Frozen meat.—Beef: The market is steady, but the domand poor. Quotations New Zealand prime ox beef fores 4d, hinds 4 5-Bd. Lamb: The demand is poor, and the market, weak, and it -iooks as if it is going lower. Quotations*, prime crossbred lamb, ' Jsorth Inland heavy 6d, light 6|d to 6id. ?"[utton: The demand is limited, and. trie market weak, and looks like going iower. Quotations, New Zealand crossbred mutton, North Island heavy 4jd, Sight 4|d.. Sheepskins. —As compared with last •sale©, prices for Morino sheepskins are !.d higher, and crossbreds i'd to Yd f.igher. The advance in prices is more pronounced for exossbreds of coarse .•ud medium qxiality.
