Fat cattlo sold » little freer at the start, but prices were rather weaker, and fat lambs sold at about last week's rates. £ r&t pigs showed a slight improvement. Fat sheep opened at an advance, and then declined. ■ Store sheep: Forward rape lambs 14s Gd to 15s, extra good lambs to 16s 6d, fair lambs 13s 9d to 14s 3d. medium iambs 13s to 13s Bd, small and low conditioned sorts 11s to 13s 6d, cull lambs r>s to 10s 6d, wether lambs 8s 3d (for culls) to 15s, ewe lambs 12s, 9d to 14s Yd; two tooth half-bred ewes 16s 2d, two tooth three-quarter bred ewes 19s, half-bred ewes 15s to 19s Id j, eight tooth three-quarted bred ewes 16s 8d; .six and eight tooth ewes-14s to 18s 6d; two, four, six and eight tooth ewes 19s; sound mouth ewes 16s to 17s 10d; a«-ed ewes 12s lOd; Merino ewes 6s Id; six tooth wethers 17s 6d, other wethers 12s 9d to 15s 3d. Fat lambs: Prices on the whole were ?.bout the same as last week, and were equal to 6d per lb. Tegs made 19k-6d to 20s Bd, average freezing weights'l6s to- 19s. Fat sheep: Prime wethers 21s to 24s ftd others 17s Id to 20s 6d; prime ewea 19s to 23s 6d, medium 15s to 13s 6d, ?«ed and light 12s to 14s 6d. cattle: Steers £7 17s 6d to £11, <>xtra to £14; heifers £6 17s 6d to £9 7i 6d; cows £5 17s 6d to £11 10s. Store cattle: Yearlings £2 to £3; fifteen to 18 months sorts £2' 13s to €3 15s 6d; two year steers-£4 2s; two year heifers £3 15s; cows £2 5s to £5. * Dairy cows sold at £3 10s to '£11 10s. Fat pigs: Choppers £3 to £4, heavy hwoners £2 12s 6d to £3, price per lb, 5d to 6£d; heavy porkers 46s to 50s, Miter porkers 40s to 455, prices per lb C.d. . ■ .:.
