The Canterbury v. South Melbourne match was resumed to-day in fine weattier Tho visitors continued their inning's, which realised 280. Canterbury iff the second innings fared badly, all being out for 91. Melbourne started their second essay badly, but thanks to WfcCarmack (31) and A. Kenny (52) they made the runs required with, the loss »f 7 wickets. (In their first innings Canterbury made 338.)
