FATAL TERMINATION OF AN ACCIDENT.
Dimedin, May 7. Simmon Woafherall who was seriously injured in Craig's coalmine at Coal Creek, beyond Roxburgh on Friday,; ■died in the-Hospital to-night. His death was due to dislocation of his spine.
