To-day will probably bo the last day of thei .season in Nelson.
Tho senior match Nelson v College will be continued at tho College grounds. Nelson, with one wicket down are 182 short of the College total.
The final for tho third class championship will be played on No 1 wicket at the Park between College A and Stoke," and a good game is expected. These teams have already mot three times this season, each team winning nnc game, and the third being a tie. In addition to this these young players have shown remarkably good form for third grade. An interesting game was played at the College last week between tiie masters and the boys. Tho masters, batting three short, made 194, Broad (51.n0t out, J. McKay 46 (retired), Pope 41, and H. McKay il being the double. figuro scorers. Tho boys replied with 157, the chief scorers being King 52, Pure 36, Saxon 28, Hawko 14, Everett 13.
