STRONG PROTEST AGAINST LABOUR MEMBERS.

Reefton, March1 14. The Inangahua Miners' Union, at a general meeting, strongly protested, against the inclusion of the two Labour members appointed on the Royal Commission on sanitation and ventilation of mines, and requast the Government that their appointments bo cancelled, substituting the names of Messrs Parry and Dowgrny for Messrs Betts and Fulton. The resolution says that the. Miners' Federation members wiil not tender evidence before tho Commission.
