Melbourne, March 14. Mr Tudor, Minister of Customs, is not disposed to agree that thcire should bo free trade, between Australia and New Zealand without giving the subject further consideration. He points out that New Znaland killed the last effort to secure reciprocity, and if the Dominion desired to re-open negotiations, the Government would give favourable attention to the matter .
