Three ears of'dynamitc exploded at powder works at Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.
Dozens of houses in the village were wiped out, and many persons were killed. The powder works are now non-existent. .
The concussion1' was felt .50 niilcc away. A special train is en route conveying aid.
