RESPONSIBILITIES OF PROPERTY OWNERS.
(Received March 11. 1.4 a.m.) Sydney, March 10. Tlie Full Court upheld a decision granting £34 damages against the owners of a house the roof of which blow off during a recent storm, destroying a .neighbour's property. It was claimed that the owner was negligent in allowing the roof to blow off.
