TWENTY LIVES LOST. [Pbesß Association — Copyright.] (Received Feb 21, 0.5 a.m.) London, Feb 20. The Italian owned steamer Fsciampa, bound from Chili for Qnftenstown, laden with nitrate, was wrecked in Clonakildy Bay. The crew oi twenty were drowned.
