New York, March 12. The Court of Appeals for the district of Columbia has. upheld the injustice of forbidding the American Federation of Labour to publish in its organ "The Federationist," thenamp of the Bucks Stove. Range Company, St. Louis, under the "We don't pat? ronise list." The Court declared that the defendants could not be restrained from all reference to the Company ■ in the journal, but only from the publications made in furtherance of an illegal boycott.
