London,. March 13. Sir Sydenham Clarke, while a guest of the Lodge of the Imperial Brotherhood at Bombay, consisting of Freemasons and all races aiming at mutual co-operation, remarked that India's system of Government was on the eve of great changes, which he believed would be for the country's good. The success of the changes would be dependent upon the co-operation of allclasses and creeds. He rejoiced to: associate with the movement to that end.
