A thousand German students attacked 200 Italian students within the Vienna Univorsity, owing to those assailed nlainouring foe an Italian university elsewhere. It is stated hero that the riot has led to anti- Austrian students demonstrating in many Universities in Italy. The demonstrators smashed tue windows of the Austrian Embassy at Rome, the approaches to which are now guarded by troops.
