CLARA BUTT-RUMFORD CONCERT.

The coming of Madarao Clara Butt and her husband Mr Kennerley Rurnford, to Nelson where .they will give a'cbncert at the Theatre Royal on Tuesday evening next, is being looked forward- to by by local music lovers with the keenest anticipation, and a crowded audience is assured. The booking of seats for the concert is a record for Nelson, and is certainly the largest ever known forj the Theatre Royal* Madame Clara Butt's voice" is said to be entirely dift'- j i erent to that of any other singer yet heard, in Kew Zealand. It is of phenomenal range and immeriso power, and is described by the leading London papers as "the voice of the century." Tait announce that the^fo tickets, of which there is a very limited number, will be placed on sale at Mr Bolton'a this morning. A few seats in the 10s 6d reserve are now available and may bo booked at Mr Bolton'e. The party will leave Wellington on Sunday next, and will arrive in Nelson early on Monday morning.
