Dunedin, July 23. A fire to-day in Mr J. C. Rosa' drapery establishment, Princes street, near the Octagon, did damage to the extent of .£2OO to the stock and £150 to the shop. Both are insured in the United Office. A Chinaman named Loo Lee has been fined £15 for having opium on bis possession. , 5 Henry Bruhn, charged with exposing forty infected lambs for sale at the Burnside markets, was fined 40a and coats Three firemen belonging to' the Rlppingham Grange, named Thomson, Jacobson, and Oallahan, have been arrested on a charge of broaching cargo.
