FRANCE, SPAIN AND BRITAIN.
Received June 18, 10.24 p.m. Paris. June 18. The newspaper " Debats"considers that the Franco-Spanish and AngloSpanish agreements are for theWestefli Mediterranean, and part of the Atlantic adjacent to the countries concerned, what the Franco-Japanese agreement is for the Far East. It adds that nobody but those believing that a disturbance of the status quo might benefit themselves could regard the agreement with disfavor.
