CdMPUL-Sdßt IN FRANCE. Received July 11, 9.58 p.m. Pari*, July 11. The French Chamber, by 575 to 1, has passed a law making it compulsory that all employees Bhall receive a weekly day of rest. The Senate had already approved the law.
