Ohristchurch, February 10. The statement lor the _2nd week of tbe New Zealand Utility Poultry Club's egg-laying competition shows that ;.6-i eggs were laid during the i week, making a total to date of 1 27,244. The following are the best i totals for the week: — A. Tyree, I Black Orpingtons, 26; P. Pleasants, Silver Wyandottes, 23: J. Mann, White Wyandottes, 23; A. M. Price, Buff Orpingtons, 23. The best [totals to date are: H. Hawke, Silver Wyandottes, 1073; J. Mann, Whits I Wyandottes, 94. ; J. 11. Shaw, Brown | Leghorns, 940.
