Oamaru, February 19. A permanent school of telegraphy for cadets was opened here this morning under Mr P. Bevan. There are twenty-one learners from all over tho Colony, and more are to arrive. It is expected that the course will last about two months, when others will take the places ot the present students. It is expected that the ! school will be kept busy all the year j round.
