Dunedin, February 19, At the Supreme Court, the Gj"and Jury found true bills in all cases. Neil McPherson, charged with stealing a mare, was found not guilty and discharged. The accused and the prosecutor had been rabbiting together, and the mare was first bought by the accused, the prosecutor afterwards acquiring an interest in it. It was alleged for the defence that the accused had paid some of the prosecutor's debts, and that he concluded that the mare was left to him to dispose of as a recompense.
