Waimea County Council v. Joseph Graves (Motueka). Mr Harley for plaintiff. Claim for 15s lOd. overdue rates. Judgment, by default, with costs Bs.

Same v. Sydney and Martin Satherley, as executors in the estate of John Satherley, deceased, Appleby. Claim for £13 13s 2d, for overdue rates. Judgment, by default, with costs £2 2s 6d.

W. H. Turner v. Francis Loudon (Wellington). Claim for £17 lis 6d, interest on moitgage and insurance. Mr Harley for plaintiff. Judgment by default, with costs £1 15 6d.

Adeline Beatrice Grace v. John Morrison (Havelook). Claim for £31 10s, principal and interest due under mortgage. Mr Harley for plaintiff. Judgment, by default, with costs £3 ls.

J. A. Harley v. Henry Savage (Wellington). Mr Harley appeared for plaintiff and Mr Pitt for defendant. Plaintiff claimed £67 15s 9d, to which the defended pleaded statute of limitations, and put in a counter claim for £47 6s, to which the plaintiff in turn pleaded that the claim was statute barred.
