NELSON TRADES AND LABOR UNION.

A meeting of the members of this Uaioa was held at Sigley's Hall, on Saturday night. The Bey P. W. On the motion of Mr Haase, seconded by MrMalone.it wa 9 resolved that the rules already passed, together with other rules subsequently received, be referred to the Committee in order that draft contemplated rules of this Union might be submitted to a general meetiDg of members before being passed. A. so-called balance sheet submitted by . the late acting Seoretary wa3 submitted, and a discussion on same ensued, it being said that the statement could not be audited for' want of vonohere.' " It was resolved that the list of those who had paid money be read.
