Te Awamutu Power Board
Members present at Monday’s meeting of the Te Awamutu Electric Power Board were:—Mr J. T. Johnson (chairman), Messrs G. Hall, V. A. De Coek, L. A. Johnston, E. Hone, G. Donaldson and E. H. Rhodes. Leave of absence was granted to Mr L. Kay and Mr C. S. Alexander. The secre-tary-manager, Mr M. Barnett, was in attendance, and he read -a letter from the Hamilton City, Council which conveyed the city’s thanks to members and staff of the board for assistance given in the restoration of tornado damage in Hamilton and Frankton.
