CORRESPONDENCE
FATS FOR BRITAIN Sir, —Although the “Aid for Britain Fund” is no doubt doing good work, may I suggest a practical way of helping? If everyone who is willing, took lib of dripping, with such tins as they can collect (honey or dried milk tins for example) to a central depot, arrangements might then be made for rendering the fat down, sealing it and despatching it to the mayor of some English town. Many people who cannot do much would gladly help in this way.—l am, etc., “AID.”
