FIRST TE AWAMUTU GROUP CUB PACK NEWS (Contributed by The Scribe) A sixer council meeting was held in the Cub Den on Thursday evening. It was decided after discussion to subscribe 10s from oui’ pack funds to “our little friends the lepers”. It is hoped that by each cub giving a donation the sum of £5 will be raised. It was also decided to make the anual donation of 10s to the Salvation Army Children’s Home “The Nest” in Hamilton. Arrangements for the visit of the Otorohanga pack during this week-end were also finalised.
