MAGISTRATE’S DECISION GIVEN JUDGMENT FOR PLAINTIFF Reserved decision in the case of Lydia Caroline Stevens versus the Kawhia Town Board has been given by Mr W. H. Freeman, S.M., ,in favour of the plaintiff for £2B 2s 3d and £3 costs.
