HAMILTON STOCK X SALE The Farmers’ Co-op. Auctioneering Co., Ltd., rport:— At Frankton on Tuesday, 29th September, there was a small entry of sheep and cattle; beef and mutton was scarce and sold at advanced rates, no finished cattle being penned. The fat and store pig pens were well occupied, and competition was firm for all classes. Sheep: Forward hoggets 32/6. Pigs: Heavy baconers £4 7/- to £5 4/-, medium £3 10/- to £4 3/-, good porkers and light baconers £3 3/- to £3 8/-, medium porkers 2 15/- to £3, light £2 10/- to £2 12/6, small unfinished £2 to £2 8/-, best slips 30/- to 35/-, others £1 to £1 5/-, good weaners £1 to 25/- small and young 15/to 16/-.
