CLEARANCE SALE TO-MORROW.

SUPERB CARRYING PLANT. To-morrow, Friday, a sale of considerable importance to users of draught horses wi l be held at Mr A. W. Bick ueß’s Stables, Kuku Street, when the whole of his large and splendidly serviceable carrying plant will be sold by Messrs. Dalgety and Co. In addition to some thirty of the finest (horses in the district, there are all the vehicles, ploughs and other farming impelments of the very best and most popular makes, of every description. In addition to ordinary implements are chaffcutters, lorries, timber wagons, wool wagons, tip drays, carts, buggies, gigs, drain tiles, tarpaulins, quantity of high quality chaff, and the thousand and one things required in a fully equipped, up-to-date carrying and contracting business. The auctoineers recommend the horses as being of the very best draughts, fit and used to all classes of carrying and farming work. The sale takes place-to-morrow at the stables, Kuku Street. No. 20 on the catalogue, Mr Bicknell has generously given to be sold for the Carnival in aid of the Wounded Soldiers’ Fund. The buyer will (have the privilege of earmarking the amount he pays for the support of either of th e Carnival Queen candidates he may favour.
