The Agricultural Department has tested the latest claim to a solution of the troublesome question of the sex of eggs, the device taking the form of a machine. Of 16 eggs which the machine indicated contained males, eight produced males and females. Of 21 others which the machine backed as females, 13 yielded males and eight females. The report makes no comment.
