PROPOSED ANNEXATION. ACTION BY RRAZIL. By Cable. — Press Association.—Copyright. (A. &. N.Z.) RIO DE JANEIRO, Dec. 3. President Pesso has announced that Brazil will use its good offices in support of the proposal that Germany should annex Austria. The Brazalian Minister at Vienna stated that the Austrian Government had explained that annexation would be the only solution of Austria's problem.
